When booking a vehicle, a deposit of £50 is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit amount may vary depending on the service booked and will be communicated to you during the booking process.

All deposits paid are non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or failure to fulfil the booking, the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation is of my own doing, weather etc. I will ensure you're placed back in the diary at the earliest date possible, or a full refund will be issued.

Customers should remove all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to a valet. TPH Details will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted.
